Peach Jell-O Salad

1 large can peaches 1 small pkg . peach Jell-O 1 ( 8 oz .) pkg . cream cheese 2 c . Cool Whip 1 pkg . mini-marshmallows
Drain peaches , saving the juice ; heat up 1 cup of juice . Add Jell-O to dissolve . In blender ( using care not to overflow ), blend peaches , cream cheese , marshmallows , and melted Jell-O .
Add to Cool Whip in a bowl ( blender probably won ’ t hold it all ) and mix . Pour in serving dish and refridgerate .

1 ( 14 oz .) can sweetened condensed milk 2 c . whipping cream , unwhipped 1 c . peach schnapps 1 / 4 c . frozen orange juice concentrate , thawed yellow food coloring , optional
In blender container , combine all ingredients ; blend until smooth . Chill at least 2 hours before serving . Serve over ice . Store leftovers tightly covered in refridgerator for up to one week . Makes about 18 servings .
