FY25 Budget The Board of Directors approved the FY25 budget and assessments . The documents are available to view in the Member Portal ( www . lakelinganore . org / myaccount ).
2024 Board of Directors Election & Annual Meeting The BoD election and annual meeting are scheduled for Saturday , May 4th from 9:30am to 12:30pm at the Oakdale at Town Center Clubhouse ( 6001 Fishtail Court ). In-person voting will be from 9:30am to 10:30am . The annual meeting will also be available virtually , via Zoom . The LLA office will continue to keep Members updated on the election and meeting information as the day draws closer . Review pages 8-15 for election details , proxy information , and to meet the candidates .
Cabana Lottery Cabanas are approximately 8 ’ x8 ’ wood enclosures with one electrical outlet , used to store personal pool items during pool season . The current cabana lease rate is $ 75 per summer . To be entered into the lottery drawing , please complete the form within your Member Account under “ Applications or Requests ”. All submissions must be received no later than 9am on May 4th , 2024 . The Cabana drawing will be held each year on
Trash & Recycling Pickup Residents are reminded that trash and recycling containers must be placed at the curb for collection either the evening before collection or no later than 6:30 am on the morning of collection . Please do not anticipate when the trash contractor will be in your area . Containers should also be retrieved and screened from streetview in between pickup days . Please note , recycling pickup is through Frederick County .
At Your Own Risk Please be advised , all recreational activity in Lake Linganore is “ at your own risk ”, and the Association actively discourages unsafe behavior . Jumping into the lake from the bridge , esplanade , or cliffs is prohibited .
Photography on Common Property Please be advised , attendees at any Lake Linganore Association event or common area may be asked to show their Membership ID or be photographed / video recorded . Photos and videos taken may appear on the LLA website , in LakeTalk , on the Association ’ s social media platforms , or in other LLA publications .
