and dedication in keeping Lakeside
and our residents safe.
A happy and harmonious community
A happy and harmonious community can only be
achieved if all residents show respect, consider-
ation and friendliness towards one another. The
aim of the Village Rules is to ensure that resi-
dents of Lakeside Village are able to enjoy a high
quality and secure lifestyle. The rules have been
instituted in terms of the Home Owners Associ-
ation’s Constitution. They are binding upon all
owners and residents of the Village. The registered owners are responsible for
ensuring that their employees, tenants, agents and visitors abide by the rules.
Absentee owners are responsible for the acts or omissions of their tenants. In
interpreting the rules, the decision of the Directors is final and binding.
