Notices 5 Lakeside Village Christmas light competition Thanks to everyone who took the trouble to put up Christmas lights this year, it gives the village a unique festive atmosphere that is just one more reason we all love living here . The winner of this year’s Christmas light competition is 12 Thirle- mere. This year’s prize is a very generous R1000 voucher from Fahrenheit restau- rant. Thank you Nick! Honourable mentions go to 15 Thirlemere and 14 Grasmere for their fantastic dis- plays, and a special mention needs to go to 21 Grasmere for a 100% solar powered installation! The most festive street in the village this year was Derwent street. This year’s innovation seemed to be projection lighting, which had some spectacu- lar results. We look forward to seeing what everyone comes up with next year! Tags Please DO NOT give visitors, your residents tags, to exit the village, visitors are given visitors tags as they sign in, and they NEED to hand that tag back in to exit the village.
