AGM of the LVHOA
Annual General Meeting of the Lakeside Village Homeowners
Association to be held on 13th September 2017 at 18h30 at
Thornhill Manor Hall
Remember if you cannot attend and wish to send a proxy, please contact
the office for a proxy form. The budget and financials for year end 2017
will be available from the office from the 14th August 2017
The budget F18 will be available from the office from the 14th August
2017. Director nomination forms are available from the office; they need
to be in 48 hours prior to the AGM. Any points for discussion at the AGM
need to be submitted to the office 48 hours prior to the AGM.

A happy and harmonious community
A happy and harmonious community can only
be achieved if all residents show respect, con-
sideration and friendliness towards one another.
The aim of the Village Rules is to ensure that
residents of Lakeside Village are able to enjoy a
high quality and secure lifestyle. The rules have
been instituted in terms of the Home Owners As-
sociation’s Constitution. They are binding upon
all owners and residents of the Village. The registered owners are responsible
for ensuring that their employees, tenants, agents and visitors abide by the rules.
