It is important to keep our body clocks
in good working order. The right
amount of sleep is needed to nourish
our bodies from our head to our toes. hand, what if you were catching up on
some much-needed rest at first but have
found yourself 4 weeks later sleeping
too much or hanging out on the couch.
Consider how much your immune
system will suffer if you are now
staying up later and not getting those
important hours of sleep. Also, did you
know that healthy weight is extremely
difficult to maintain if you are not

bodies and can lead to an emotional
crisis. We are not meant to be
sedentary and we can quickly find
ourselves depressed when we lose
our sense of accomplishment.
So, lets be sure we remember to
take care of ourselves during this time
of illness. We would not consider

of good self-care to keep us well!
