Potato Tacos with Adobo Sauce

Sharing meals with one another can be one of the greatest unifying and bonding things we do together as humans . And when we share with others our favorite recipes , we pass on important and culturally significant traditions that can continue to live for generations . In our present day we have the blessing and ability to try any national type of food you can imagine . The fusion of these different recipes has also made made our culinary experiences the newest and best of any prior generation .
On of the easiest ways to expand your cultural palate is to try items from food trucks that have become so popular in many areas . What a great way to bring community together in our never ending quest to satisfy hungry appetites . My church is doing prayer and fasting in January which means I am practicing a vegetarian diet , so I chose a recipe adapted from a popular food truck menu item that anyone can put together easily with ingredients found in many homes or easily obtained from the local store .
