It is great to have company again ! “ Operation Reunite ” continues to expand at Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility with visitors and volunteers coming to our doors on a daily basis .
If you are interested in visiting an old friend or loved one at LSHCF , please keep a few things in mind . Most notably , the “ guidance ” from our regulatory bodies ( CMS and DHSS ) varies from what the CDC recommends for the general public . We still have some restrictions in place to assure proper infection prevention precautions . Testing , limits on the number of visitors , masking and other requirements are still part of our “ new normal ” operations . Our ability to have staff available to screen and test visitors may also affect visitation .
Because the guidance and requirements still change frequently and may be affected by community rates of positivity , we strongly encourage you to call ahead for an appointment and to confirm our visiting status . While it is our intent to be “ open ” as much as possible , the above limits may force us to turn some unscheduled visitors away .
Volunteers are back as well and we are very happy to see them again ! Please be aware , all volunteers are tested and screened before entering the facility . There are also restrictions on the numbers of volunteers at one time . Social distancing , masking and other precautions remain but it has been really nice to hear church and live music back in the building .
The Lifeguards of Lake Stockton Healthcare Facility continue to work hard to provide exceptional care and services to our residents while welcoming visitors back !

We begin the week with our Mother ’ s Day reception at 2:30 p . m . Sunday , May 9 . The rest of the week will be packed full of games , entertainment and competition finishing with a food truck and live music on Friday evening , May 14 . See more details in the insert .
