MHCA Dist. 4 Beauty Pageant in Springfield, Mo. on June 19 We are in the process of choosing a resident to represent our facility in the pageant that is offered by the Missouri Health Care Association annually. The pageant is held in the Ramada Inn Oasis Convention Center in Springfield, Mo. This is an elegant event for ladies in facilities from the district 4 area. They are given VIP treatment and each one is given the opportunity to share highlights of her life adventures and current pastimes. We plan to slip off to Cracker Barrel for lunch after- wards, making this a fun filled day! May Employee of the Month, Katie Vauble! Katie, L.P.N. came to LSHCF in Sep- tember of 2018. She is truly an asset to our team. She offers nursing cov- erage with great attention to detail in the Special Care Units. She is in- novative and has initiated many ideas for crafts and activities and has very knowledgeable computer skills as well. She is much loved by the residents, her peers and Cop- per, too! Congratulations! David Holcomb sports his western wear for Wednes- day and Mercy rocks the mismatch day!
