Annual Father’s Day Fish Fry is scheduled for June 19
Sponsored by Stockton Lions Club
Father’s Day is June 21 and it is our tradition to have a fish fry on
the Friday before. Catfish, hushpuppies, fried potatoes and onions, coleslaw and deviled eggs will be served for the mid-day meal. Staff and
visitors may bring desserts to share. Join us as we make this day special for all the fathers.

MHCA District IV Beauty Pageant to be held June 10
On May 6, 11 ladies from LSHCF competed in our own pageant
to choose a representative that will attend the MHCA District IV Ms.
Missouri Nursing Home on June 10, at the Ramada Oasis Convention
Center in Springfield, Mo.
The Stockton High School FBLA, with sponsor Tracy Burns, assisted
our candidates with their make up and nails, helped decorate the
dining room and escorted the ladies to their interviews.
Our judges, Sandy Millard, Joan Cox, Charlotte Haden and Carol
Stubock, had a very difficult task of scoring the contestants. When
the final tally was in, the winners were:
