Congratulations to Mary Higgins, LPN, MDS Coor-
dinator, and compassionate team member! Mary
was chosen as the 2017 Employee of the Year by
her peers, and has always been a hands on nurse
in this facility. She leads the trouble shooting in
pain management, weight loss, fall prevention,
and skin integrity while meeting the federal and
state paperwork requirements. Staff and family
members feel confident in Mary’s skill and desire
for excellence. She has been a valuable part of
this facility for over 27 years.

Winter BBQ! Friday , Jan. 19
Bring a dessert to share, and join us for the noon
meal! Staff and residents will be served at their
regular meal times. Visitors are welcome from
11 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. Hamburgers, hot dogs, and
brats will be grilled outdoors. Nutritional services
will provide beverages, potato salad, baked
beans and deviled eggs.
