ABOUT THE WILDLIFE DISCOVERY CENTER
The Wildlife Discovery Center is a living museum and biological station at historic Elawa Farm , situated alongside the Middlefork Savanna , a 670-acre wildlife habitat in Lake Forest . There are several ways you can help support the work of the Wildlife Discovery Center and our animals . CROCTOBERFEST
OCTOBER DATE TDB • WILDLIFE DISCOVERY CENTER
CROCtoberfest is a four-day celebration of our ancient reptiles , the crocodilians . We will be exploring a new group of crocodilians every Sunday in October . Our events will feature special feeding demonstrations and offer opportunities to meet our resident crocodilians up close – in a safe environment . If interested , commitment deadline is September 1 , 2022 .

WILDLIFE EXHIBITS
Sponsor one of our featured exhibits and have your company , service or family prominently displayed . Thousands of people will see it ! Exhibits include : Komodo Dragon , Grug the Water Monitor ( once owned by Nicholas Cage ), Broad Snouted Caiman , Rhinoceros Iguana , Timber Rattlesnake , Bobcat , Bald Eagle , Foxes and Coyote .
FAMILY FUN BEACH CAMP OUT

Bring the family down to Forest Park Beach for a night of camping and fun with the Wildlife Discovery Staff . This is the only night of the year that camping is allowed on the Lake Forest Beach so , don ’ t miss out on this unique family bonding experience !
