DOWN WITH HIP HOP ( 5-15Y ) This class is designed to help students with Down Syndrome explore an interest in dance , music , and self-expression . The class goals include teaching rhythm , safe stretching , body awareness , building self-confidence , enhancing social skills , and having fun ! Miss Denita has years of experience and looks forward to bringing energy and musicality to this fun class .

JUDD GOLDMAN ADAPTIVE SAILING
Lake Forest offers instruction to sailors with physical disabilities . 15 hours of instruction ( six 2.5 hour lessons ) are available for $ 100 . Adaptive Sailing uses a Freedom 20 Sailboat special designed to accommodate any sailor . Lessons are scheduled by appointment by calling the sailing office at 847.810.3666 .
