House League Program
MUSTANG BASEBALL ( GRADES 3-4 ) In this community-based , semi-competitive program , players will be drilled on the fundamentals and taught the strategies of the game by Recreation Department trained Volunteer Coaches and / or paid staff . Players in the Mustang league will begin to learn the intricacies and situations of the game that make baseball unique to most other sports . Program format will be dependent on weather and enrollment . Events will last between 90 and 120 minutes .

BRONCO BASEBALL ( GRADES 5-6 ) Players in this league will be taught the intricacies and situations of the game with the goal in mind of developing Baseball IQ . In succession of the Mustang House League , strategies of the game will be stressed by Recreation Department trained Staff . Teams will practice once a week and will play games twice a week . The month of April will be used for practice time . Program format will be dependent on weather . Events will last between 90 to 120 minutes .

PONY BASEBALL ( GRADES 7-8 ) Players in this league will develop and sharpen their skills with the goal in mind of developing Baseball I . Q . Pony League is ‘ real ’ baseball and our Coach ’ s philosophies and mindset will be geared towards getting the Pony player ready for High School Baseball in a fun and safe environment . Program format will be dependent on weather but , once the weather breaks , teams will practice once a week and will play games twice a week . The month of April will be used for practice time . Pony teams will have paid , professionally trained Coaches . Events will last between 90 to 120 minutes .
