Adult Academy Classes
ADULT BEGINNING BALLET coordinates body , mind , and spirit , engages the core , and helps you expand your own physical horizons . Try something new ! Learn basic body positions and terminology to classical music , as well as contemporary . For adult dancers 18 and up who are new to ballet .
ADULT INTERMEDIATE BALLET is for Adults ages 18 - 60 years old with previous ballet experience .
ADULT TAP will provide a foundation in basic vocabulary of tap steps and terminology . Through a variety of combinations dancers will work on principles of timing , rhythm and technique .

Ballet for Figure Skaters
There is no other single off-ice conditioning class that has as much to offer the figure skater as classical ballet lessons . Classical ballet lessons provide strength & flexibility training , body awareness , balance techniques , mental focus , discipline , musicality and aesthetics all wrapped into one lesson . Taking a regular classical ballet lesson can only help to improve the value of all that the skater does on-ice .
