Located at 60 East Old Mill Road , Stirling Hall houses a fully-equipped , professionally staffed art center with an emphasis on ceramics . Classes and workshops for children and adults are offered throughout the year .
Youth Classes
CLAY CREATIONS ( 5-9Y ) This introduction to ceramics will emphasize creative expression through the use of clay . Participants will explore the basic approaches to clay including coil , pinch , and slab drape methods . Great seasonal projects will be made . Students are recommended to have two sessions of Clay Creations before moving on to Young Potters .

YOUNG POTTERS ( 9-14Y ) This class is for students who are interested in learning about the potter ’ s wheel and developing the skills required in wheel throwing . Functional pottery projects will be emphasized .
