DAY CAMPS
Registration opens March 7 for Residents and March 14 for Non-Residents .
Our traditional , super fun day camps are a staple in the Lake Forest community ! We offer day camps for ages 3-12 , so there is something for everyone ! Customize your summer camp schedule to fit your family ’ s summer plans . Sign up for the entire summer , or choose alternate days at most of our camps . Either way , spend your summer with us ! Day Camps start on June 19 !
SUMMER DISCOVERY ( 3-4Y )
Let your child discover new things about themselves and their surroundings this summer at Summer Discovery . Weekly activities will include games , arts and crafts , nature and science , creative movement and music , and story time .
EVERETT EXPLORERS ( 4-6Y )
This camp experience is perfect for your active 4 to 6-year-old . Weekly activities include sports , games , arts and crafts , nature and science , creative movement and music , story time , and cooking .
TWIGS ART CAMP
( completed GRADES 1-6 )
At this wildly creative camp at Stirling Hall Community Art Center , your child will learn about ceramics , painting , art , and the performing arts of theater and dance . Campers will participate in games , weekly trips to the beach , and multiple field trips throughout the summer .
TEENS ON-THE-GO ( 11-15Y )
Participants will travel on their bikes daily along the Des Plaines River Trail Path and the North Shore Bike Path . Each day starts by mapping their adventures and exploring fun locations , including Lake Forest Beach , various community parks , Deerpath Golf course , and more !
ALL STARS & BEYOND
( completed GRADES K-6 )
This is the camp to be at ! Campers can choose activities : athletic-oriented games and events , tag , and fun group games , all at their preference . Weekly trips to the beach and Wednesday field trips are always a favorite !
MCCORMICK
( completed GRADES K-6 )
McCormick features traditional camp activities such as woodworking , crafts , archery , nature , sports , games , and famous " themed days ". Every Friday is field trip day to local attractions .
