RESIDENT REGISTRATION

Resident registration will be the first registration processed . Registration is done by first come , first served basis . You can register online at www . LFParksandRec . com or bring , fax , or send in your registration form to us . Telephone registrations are not accepted .
NON-RESIDENT REGISTRATION

Non-residents may register in person OR online at www . LFParksandRec . com for any programs not already filled .
Non-resident fees include a 20 % increase over the resident rate .
WAYS TO REGISTER
1 . LOG IN to www . LFParksandRec . com and register from the comfort of your home or anywhere you can access a computer . A user ID and PIN number are needed . Please call the main office at 847.234.6700 to get yours . 2 . WALK IN the Recreation Center office . 3 . FAX your completed registration form to 847.615.4251 . 4 . MAIL your completed registration form to : Lake Forest Parks & Recreation 400 Hastings Road Lake Forest , IL 60045
5 . DROP your completed registration form into one of the City ’ s white mail boxes .
TELEPHONE REGISTRATIONS ARE NOT ACCEPTED .
WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I REGISTER ?
If programs chosen have openings , your registration will be processed and a confirmation receipt will be sent to you . If you register online , you will receive the confirmation right away .
If programs chosen have already reached maximum enrollment , your name will be placed on a wait list and you will be contacted as soon as a spot is available .
OPEN GYM & GAME AREA
Open Gym and the Game Area both remain closed to the public at this time . Please visit LFParksandRec . com or call 847.234.6700 for the most up-to-date information .
WHO IS A RESIDENT ?
Our residency policy : Children and adults MUST LIVE within the corporate limits of the City of Lake Forest to be considered a RESIDENT of Lake Forest . Lake Bluff residents will be eligible to receive resident rates for all programs , fees , and memberships in the following areas : Athletics , Fitness Center , Wildlife Discovery Center , Stirling Hall Arts Center , Kinderhaven Preschool Academy , Lake Forest Dance Academy , Lake Forest Sailing , and Deerpath Golf Course . Forest Park Beach operations and fees are not included in this agreement . Lake Bluff registration takes place during the same time as nonresident registration .
REGISTRATION PRIORITY
Walk-in and online registration have first priority . Forms that are received by fax or mail will be processed as soon as time permits .
REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Program fees must be included with registration form . Checks are payable to LAKE FOREST PARKS & RECREATION DEPARTMENT . Fees may also be charged to your DISCOVER , VISA , MASTERCARD , or AMERICAN EXPRESS card by providing the information listed on the registration form .
BROCHURE ACCURACY
Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information contained within this brochure . However , errors can occur and circumstances may require adjustments to fees , schedules , locations , or other information . Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Department reserves the right to make such adjustments and apologizes for any inconvenience these errors or adjustments may cause .
The brochure is published three times a year by the City of Lake Forest .
