FITNESS / AEROBIC CLASSES
Participants can now purchase the convenient annual All Access Pass or an individual drop-in pass for all non-registration classes . All passes must be purchased prior to the beginning of class at the Fitness Desk .

HOW TO GET YOUR PUNCH PASS ?
12 class & 24 class punch cards available !
• Purchase a Punch Pass at the Fitness Desk .
• Check in at the Fitness Desk and you will receive a color-coded class pass .
• You present the class pass to the instructor at the beginning of the class .
HOW TO FIND THE SCHEDULE ?
• Visit www . LFParksandRec . com , select Fitness Center ( under Parks and Facilities ), and select Fitness Classes .
• You can also pick up a current print-out of the class schedule at the Fitness Center front desk .
DROP-IN
The daily punch pass may be used toward any class including classes which require registration provided the class has not reached its maximum enrollment .
CARDIO / STRENGTH CLASSES
ATHLETIC STRETCH & CORE
30 minutes of an ab and stretch focused workout that will recover your muscles and be sure to have you feeling that 6 pack as you leave the class .
CARDIO BOOTCAMP
This high-energy cardio workout that will help build stamina , improve coordination and burn calories .
CYCLE EXPRESS
A 30 minute high intensity class to get your heart rate going with sprint intervals and challenging climbs . This is a quick ride for those with places to go !
STEP & SCULPT
Simple , heart-pumping step aerobics routines combine with strength training intervals to give you a complete cardio and weights workout . This is an excellent cross-training class for all skill and fitness levels .
STRENGTH & CORE
This is a great basics class covering all over body resistance training with concentration on core / abdominal work .
STRICTLY STRENGTH
You ’ ll experience a full-body strength workout that utilizes the beat of the music to motivate you to have fun while increasing your muscular strength and endurance .
TOTAL BODY CONDITIONING ( TBC )
A multi-level , full body workout that targets all major muscle groups . This workout is designed to contain challenging exercises that will increase strength and get your heart pumping .
YOGA CLASSES
SUNSET / SUNRISE YOGA ON THE BEACH
Enjoy your day with sun salutations and deep breathing to warm the body and prepare it for a deeper stretch .
The Lake Forest Fitness Center will continue to follow all COVID-19 guidelines in regards to group exercise classes . We will utilize our outdoor spaces as weather permits .
