Buddy Sports
BUDDY SOCCER ( 5-15Y ) Grab your cleats and join your friends as we pair with our buddies to play the wonderful sport of soccer . Buddy Soccer is a program for players with developmental and / or physical disabilities . Each week , we will take the field as we challenge our friends to an exciting game of soccer . Participants will spend time warming up , learning new skills of the sport , and play a 45 minute game . Teams will be formed weekly to allow participants to make new friends and enjoy the experience . This is a non-competitive athletic opportunity .

BUDDY SOCCER VOLUNTEERS ( 12-18Y ) We are looking for volunteers who are ready to share in the fun and excitement of Buddy Sports . As a buddy , you will be paired with an athlete with special needs as he or she learns to play a variety of sports in a non-competitive environment . While there is no fee for buddies , you must register for the experience . Please register with code 11050112 , wear sneakers , and dress in athletic clothing each week .
Dance
DOWN WITH HIP HOP ( 5-15Y ) This class is designed to help students with Down Syndrome explore an interest in dance , music , and self-expression . The class goals include teaching rhythm , safe stretching , body awareness , building self-confidence , enhancing social skills , and having fun ! Miss Denita has years of experience and looks forward to bringing energy and musicality to this fun class .

JUDD GOLDMAN ADAPTIVE SAILING
Lake Forest offers instruction to sailors with physical disabilities . 15 hours of instruction ( six 2.5 hour lessons ) are available for $ 100 . Adaptive Sailing uses a Freedom 20 Sailboat special designed to accommodate any sailor . Lessons are scheduled by appointment by calling the sailing office at 847.810.3666 .
