TIER 2B – LAKE FOREST JUNIOR SQUASH TEAM ( GRADES 5-8 ) The Lake Forest Junior Squash team will practice once a week and have matches against other clubs and schools in the region . Practice times will be Fridays from 4:30 PM to 6:00 PM and / or Sunday afternoons ( TBD ). Match schedule is also TBD , based on registration and other schools ’ program registration and availability .

TIER 3A – LAKE FOREST HIGH SCHOOL SQUASH OFF SEASON TRAINING ( GRADES 9-12 ) The spring / summer off season program will feature practice sessions for existing team members and those wanting to join team next year . Athletes will have two options to practice , play and use the courts at the Recreation Center .

OPTION 1 : Registration-based program that will feature scheduled , organized , and supervised workouts by our pro ( and High School Team Head Coach ), John Larson . Workouts will be held once a week . Schedules will be coordinated by our pro with the family after registration .

OPTION 2 : This is a drop in play system where athletes can pay upon entry to the Recreation Center . These events will not be supervised and will be up to the players to organize . If option 2 is preferred , it his highly encouraged those athletes call to our Fitness Center Desk to reserve court time at ( 847 ) 810-3932 . Players will need to check in at the LFRD Fitness Center Desk each day they play to check in . Minors will need a waiver signed by a parent . The cost is $ 6 per resident player and / or $ 8 per nonresident player for each drop in event .

TIER 3B – LAKE FOREST SCOUTS - HIGH SCHOOL SQUASH TEAM ( 14-18Y ) The Lake Forest High School Club Team is a member of The Chicagoland High School Squash League and plays a schedule of matches against other high schools culminating with a year-end championship . Our after school practice program will include coaching , drilling , agility , fitness and matches . During the first week of the program , there will be player assessments and challenge matches to determine Varsity and Junior Varsity teams . The Varsity will practice from 5:00 PM -6:00 PM on Mondays and Wednesdays and the JV will practice from 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM on the same days . Local team matches will be scheduled throughout the season , usually on Wednesdays or Weekends .

TIER 4 – JUNIOR / ADULT PRIVATE LESSONS ( 6 + Y ) Lake Forest Squash also offers a private lesson option for those that wish to get 1 on 1 training with our pros . Juniors are persons between the ages of 6 and 18 . A squash hitting session has also been created to offer hitting sessions and match practice with an experience assistant pro .
