PRACTICE FACILITY & THE LAWN OPENING
The Deerpath Golf Course driving range features a beautifully kept grass tee hitting area with target greens to simulate on-course shot making . The driving range is open every day from dawn to dusk except for Wednesday evening when it closes at 4PM for maintenance . All-weather mats are used when unfavorable conditions would otherwise close the range . Adjacent to the driving range is a practice putting green .
In July 2022 we opened The Lawn at Deerpath . Built in partnership with private donors , the Friends of Lake Forest Parks and Recreation Foundation , Wadsworth Golf Charities Foundation , and KemperSports , The Lawn is a community asset with a welcoming , family-friendly atmosphere dedicated to serving golfers from Lake Forest and other communities . The Lawn covers more than 30,000 square feet and offers an 18-hole putting course and a three-hole chipping course surrounded by a 15-foot fairway surface and synthetic practice tee stations . Players of all skill levels enjoy the green ’ s challenging variety of hills , dales , and swales .
THE SANDWEDGE GRILL
The Grill is open seven days a week with space for up to 50 diners and more space on the Kiely Patio . Luncheon specials are featured daily and Deerpath offers a full-service bar . Golfers on the course looking for a bite to eat or a drink during their round can call ahead at 847.810.3909 to place an order at the Sandwedge Grill . Guests can also place orders for carry-out or stop at the Grill to place an order . Visit our website for the full menu .
LIVE MUSIC on the patio : Wednesdays from July through August , 2022 .

CREATIVE EVENTS
Deerpath Golf Course offers events for the whole community to enjoy . Events include Live Music on the Kiely Patio , Movie Night on the Range , Wine / Beer Pairing Dinners , Cub Scouts Campout , and more ! Events are subject to change . GOLF OUTINGS
Deerpath Golf Course is the perfect location for your next golf outing . Enjoy 18 holes followed by lunch / banquet in the Sandwedge Grill or on the Kiely Patio .
