Sponsorship Opportunities
Opportunities exist within the Youth Athletics Programs to be a team sponsor . You can sponsor your child ’ s team , and your designated sponsorship name will be placed on the back of your team shirts . Sponsorships are for grades 8 or lower for most programs . Your business will receive a team plaque . All funds received help offset the cost of program clothing and equipment . Fill out the sponsorship form below or online at www . LFParksandRec . com under Athletics & Recreational Programs . Forms are also available at the Recreation Center , 400 Hastings Rd , and can be faxed to 847.615.4251 .
