FOR ALL GYMNASTICS CLASSES :

WHIZZERS ( 4Y ) Young gymnasts will feel excited and proud to advance to this next step in learning proper form and execution of gymnastics skills . Children will rotate through different obstacle courses each week , learning new progressions taught on the " Just for Kids " gymnastics equipment : low balance beams , trampolines , and foam pit . Children attend this class independently as caregivers watch from our viewing room .

GIRLS LEVEL 1 ( 5Y +) Our specialized lesson plans allow gymnasts to learn basic skills on vault , uneven bars , balance beam and floor exercise . Each week includes a floor rotation allowing a lot of practice on cartwheels , handstands , and rolls . Please remember to dress your gymnast in a leotard or biketard .

YOGA JUNKIES ( 7-12Y ) Join Jamie , Certified and professional Yoga instructor , as she works with our young students to improve flexibility and strength . This hour long yoga class is located upstairs in our dance studio . Please send your student with a personal yoga mat and water bottle .

CO-ED KINDERGYM ( 4.5-6Y ) This class is for students who are too advanced for our preschool program , but not quite ready for our beginner program . This class will focus on basic gymnastics , in a fun way . This is for Kindergarteners in the 2021 / 2022 school year .
