Archery & Volleyball
NATIONAL ARCHERY IN SCHOOL PROGRAM (NASP) (18Y+)
This series of classes will focus on Archery safety, eye dominance, range rules, scoring, and Archery etiquette. Skill development will be achieved through
engagement in fun events, repetition and certified instruction. Our NASP certified instructors will ensure the safety and skill development of participants
while orchestrating a fun environment for all. People of all ages are encouraged to sign up. Come be a part of this fun and exciting sport!

VOLLEYBALL CLUB MOMENTUM ATHLETICS CLINIC (8-14Y)
VolleyKids is designed to introduce athletes to the sport of volleyball in a FUN, non-competitive environment. Participants can expect to work on all of
the various skill aspects of volleyball - passing, setting, serving, hitting - all in an environment designed to foster confidence! Participants will play on a
lower net, with a lighter volleyball with activities designed to move from skill to skill quickly to keep participants engaged and active. Drills will incorporate
cardiovascular exercise, hand-eye coordination, and plyometrics.
