Sponsorship Opportunities
Opportunities exist within the Youth Athletics Programs to be a team sponsor. You
can sponsor your child’s team, and your designated sponsorship name will be placed
on the back of your team shirts. Sponsorships are for grades 8 or lower for most
programs. Your business will receive a team plaque. All funds received help offset
the cost of program clothing and equipment. Fill out the sponsorship form below or
online at www.LFParksandRec.com under Athletics & Recreational Programs. Forms
are also available at the Recreation Center, 400 Hastings Rd, and can be faxed to
847.615.4251. If you are interested in sponsoring a team(s), or if you would like to
