Fitness Center FITNESS/AEROBIC CLASSES Participants can now purchase the convenient annual All Access Pass or an individual drop-in pass for all non-registration classes. All passes must be purchased prior to the beginning of class at the Fitness Desk. ALL ACCESS PASS • • • Unlimited Punch Pass classes for an entire year. No need to worry about purchasing several punch cards during the year. If you take an average of three classes each week, you could be paying only $2.07 per class. HOW TO GET YOUR PUNCH PASS? 12 class & 24 class punch cards available! Purchase a Punch Pass at the Fitness Desk. Check in at the Fitness Desk and you will receive a color-coded class pass. You present the class pass to the instructor at the beginning of the class. HOW TO FIND THE SCHEDULE? • • Visit www.LFParksandRec.com under Parks and select Fitness Center. You can also pick up a current print-out of the class schedule at the Fitness Center front desk. DROP-IN The daily punch pass may be used toward any class including classes which require registration provided the class has not reached its maximum enrollment. 14 BODY HIIT This class focuses on circuit style weight training and agility drills. The high intensity interval training (HIIT) format alternates between strength and cardio sections which is proven to burn the most calories during class and hours after. CARDIO BAR & TONE RESIDENT • Start your day with a BANG! This class is designed to keep your body guessing. We will include a good amount of strength exercises, smooth and fluid barre movements, many different core exercises, and a lot of fun! This class is designed to provide an overall total body strength and endurance workout designed for all levels. Utilizing heavy bags, gloves and 1 on 1 instruction you will be working on your balance coordination and muscle tone. MEMBER • • BARRE STRENGTH & CORE BOXING BOOTCAMP PUNCH PASS FEES 1 Punch: 12 Punch: 24 Punch: CARDIO/STRENGTH CLASSES Cardio Barre & Tone is a unique, high energy/no impact exercise class that combines barre work and lightweights with continual fat burning motion. Central to the workout are toning and resistance exercises for the butt, legs, torso and arms to sculpt muscles and elongate the appearance of your body. CARDIO CUT Looking for the perfect combination of heart pumping cardio and intense strength training? This class is it! Each week, both the format and the equipment used will change to make for increased calorie burn, total body workout, and core stabilization! CARDIO STEP & KICK Mix up your cardio work with blocks of step routines and blocks of kickboxing combinations. This class is sure to ramp up your heart rate while keeping you guessing all hour long! CARDIO STRENGTH & CORE This class is broken down into a 20/20/20 format. In the first 20 minutes, dance, step, and jump with our inventive cardio. In the second 20 minutes, improve the strength of your total body with resistance training utilizing dumbbells, Gliders TM , stability balls, bands, and more. After the hard work is done, compliment your training with 20 minutes of specific core conditioning which will strengthen both abdominal and back muscles. CIRCUIT & INTERVALS Whether you are new to exercise or have been exercising for years, this total-body, inclusive, and fun workout is for you! Take interval circuits to a higher level utilizing TRX bands and spin bikes. You will be doing non- stop circuits that introduce strength, agility, and balance using various equipment.
