The Laguna Community Concert Band invites residents and visitors alike to clap along to flag-waving favorites as the ensemble pays tribute to veterans , troops and VIPs ahead of the annual Patriots Day Parade on March 4 .

The event starts at 10 a . m . at the Peppertree Parking Lot on Forest Avenue . The 50-piece ensemble will perform its beloved blend of military marches , American anthems and Souza spectaculars .
