La Fondation Louis Vuitton présente la première rétrospective française dédiée à Mark Rothko ( 1903-1970 ) depuis 1999 . Cette exposition rassemble environ 115 œuvres provenant des plus grandes collections institutionnelles et privées internationales , notamment de la National Gallery of Art de Washington , de la Tate Gallery de Londres et de la famille de l ’ artiste américain . The retrospective combines some 115 works from the most prominent international institutional and private collections , including the National Gallery of Art in Washington D . C ., the Tate Gallery in London , and the artist ’ s family .
