Fully depress the button on the front of the bottom rail . Lift & Lock button MUST STAY FULLY DEPRESSED as you are lifting the blind . You can stop in any position by releasing the button . Operation may require the use of two hands to support the blind as you lift . ( Available on 2 ” Only )
