BUS DEPARTURE & ARRIVAL TIMES
Bus departure and arrival times for programs vary. Carefully read the information provided specifically for your child’s
program(s), including the payment receipts. The bus will return from the program location at the time specified on the receipt.
Should the bus arrival time change by more than 15 minutes, parents/guardians of the program participants will be notified
by telephone. A friendly reminder, participants must adhere to the bus schedule; pickups cannot be accommodated.

HEALTH & SAFETY
Due to health and safety reasons, we will not be supplying bug spray and/or sunscreen. Parents/guardians must provide
participants with their own bug spray and/or sunscreen. Snacks provided by the County are nut-free. If your child has allergies
of any sort, please notify us immediately. Ensure that your child has a refillable water bottle, and is dressed appropriately for
the weather and for their program(s), including a hat.

program or activity and is collected under the authority of Section 33 C, of Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy
