Laboratoria’s organizational culture was built
with an aspiration for continuous improvement.
We recognize the importance of constantly
improving the quality of our offer and increasing
the value we provide to students, companies,
and alumnae. We believe it is the only way to
develop meaningful experiences that deeply

That is why each of our products - admissions,
bootcamp, placement, alumnae and corporate
training - is in continous improvement.
Through a combination of hypothesis-driven
experimentation, improved product releases
and validated learning, we have fostered
innovation by encouraging each team to
experiment, learn from the data collected,
and iterate, looking for the best value
proposition for our users.

We are over 85 Laboratorians spread across our
five trainings centers. Some of us work in the
product & services teams, serving all centers,
while some of us are part of the operations
team, running our program in each of our five
