We see our intervention as a five step process
that together, helps us attain our impact.
1. Admissions 2. Bootcamp
We identify and select
women from economically
underserved backgrounds that
demonstrate high potential
to learn, commitment to the
program and desire to launch a
career in technology. We target
economically underserved
women and have an acceptance
rate of around 10%. We impart intensive six-month,
Front-End Development and
UX Design bootcamps where
our students develop the
socio-emotional and technical
abilities needed to excel at work.
Students pay for the bootcamp
once securing employment,
making it an accesible option
for them.
3. Job Placement 4. Corporate Training
We work with companies
that seek tech talent and
we connect them with our
graduates. These companies
build more inclusive and diverse
teams, and our graduates
begin a career that significantly
increases their income and
transforms their future. We work with companies and
organizations embracing digital
transformation to build the skills
their teams need to succeed in
the process. We have trained
more than 3,000 professionals
since we started.
5. Alumnae Community
Through our community of +1,000 graduates, we propel
a movement of women working in tech that is changing
the face of the industry for good, influencing the products
it builds and inspiring a new generation of women in tech.
