Danone sign up customer insight
firm in UK yogurt market drive
Food processing giant Danone has signed up
customer insight and analytics firm Symphony
EYC to support a new drive in the UK yogurt
sector.French-based Danone, who own Shape,
Activia and Actimel, say the deal will enable
them to add value to retailer partners by
maximising category performance within the
yogurt segment of UK supermarkets.

Department store Debenhams has appointed
Suzanna Harlow to the board of directors as
Group Trading Director. Harlow, who has been
at Debenhams for nearly 20 years, has led the
design, buying and merchandising functions of
the business since 2008. Before this she was
Trading Director for Women’s wear, Lingerie
and Beauty between 2005 and 2008.
