In support of more effective exposure assessment , the NIOSH Center for Direct Reading and Sensor Technologies has promoted the Right Sensors Used Right approach to assist data customers , creators , curators and analysts with a life-cycle decisionmaking framework and process for effective selection and use of analytical methods and data . 5
Opportunities for Laboratorians
To advance technologies that can lead to better understanding of the exposome and the exposure-to-disease continuum , laboratorians can seek and increase the intersections and research opportunities with molecular biologists , geneticists and other professionals to advance the assessment and understanding of the genomic and other omic relationships to disease .
