Parent Survey
Parents will be asked to complete two surveys, one prior to the season and after
the completion of the season.
Pre–Season Survey
The survey will be delivered electronically and will be 100% Anonymous and will
ask the following:
Parents are asked to identify which statement on a 5-Point Likert Scale (1 -
Strongly Disagree to 5 - Strongly Agree) reflects their feelings towards the
following statements:
1. The head coach has adequate knowledge of the rules, skills and strategies our
team needs to compete
2. The head coach communicated well
3. The head coach cares about my child as a person
4. The head coach communicated the importance of fairness and sportsmanship
5. The head coach will focus on my child’s grades and academics
6. The head coach is open to parent feedback
7. The head coach is a positive role model
