Philosophy
We believe leadership is an attribute inside of all of us and
will work to be the best leaders we can be and to develop
our players as leaders within our program, our school and
in our community.
Every aspect of our program will be guided by our Core
Values of Integrity First, Service Before Self and Excellence
in All We Do.
We recognize that all players are unique and our teams will
be comprised of players with varying strengths and
weaknesses.
In our role as coaches, we will seek to identify the best
practices and techniques to develop players in an ongoing
effort to grow and improve.
We will create a positive and encouraging environment
based on the “B.E.A.R.S. Pillars of the Program.”
