OCTOBER Preview This wonderful land of America was built by immigrants. Thanks to our hardworking ancestors of yesteryears, today we enjoy the fruits of their labors. The Italian immigrants were one of the largest groups to come through Ellis Island and make a new life in America. The October issue will celebrate the immigrants of the past and the Italian-Americans of today, all who make us proud to call ourselves Italian. Join us in October as we commemorate Italian Heritage Month! La Gazzetta Italiana would not be possible if it weren’t for our loyal 2 readers, which is why we would love to hear from you.
