a Fashion Week de Tunis 2013 a réuni
cette année des artistes contemporains,
des photographes et des couturiers. Une
mixité de tout bord dans laquelle nous
avons pu voir l’art et la mode fusionner.
Nja Mahdaoui (calligraphe), Nini Gollong
(artiste et set designer), Hassan Hajjaj
( artiste et photographe), le collectif Waveform (Sound
design) et le collectif Atelier D (light Design) ont interagis avec les créateurs tunisiens tout au long des
défilés et des expositions. Une façon d’ouvrir les horizons de la créations pour les jeunes couturiers.
La particularité de cette session 2013 est la place
accordée au patrimoine architectural : les performances artistiques et les défilés ont eu lieu à la basilique Saint Louis de Carthage, au palais Essaada
(municipalité de la Marsa), au palais Ennejma Ezzahra (la maison du Baron d’Erlanger) sur les hauteurs
de Sidi Bou Said. Un choix de lieux chargés d’histoire
et d’architecture qui vivent le temps de quelques
jours, la mode, la musique et l’art. I

unis fashion week 2013 gathered
this year contemporary artists,
photographers and designers. A
mix of all kinds in which we could
see the art and fashion merge.
Nja Mahdaoui (calligrapher), Nini
Gollong (artist and set designer),
Hassen Hajjej (artist and photographer), Wassim
Ghozlani (photographer), the waveform group
(sound design), and the collective Workshop D (light
design) interacted with Tunisian artists throughout
parades and exhibitions. This is one way to open the
horizons of creation for young designers.
The particularity of this 2013 session is the
emphasis given to the architectural heritage: artistic
performances and parades were held in the basilica
of Saint Louis, in Carthage, in the palace Essaada
(municipality of La Marsa), in the palace Ennajma
Ezzahra (former home of Baron d’ Erlanger) on the
hills of Sidi Bou Said. A choice of places laden with
history and architecture that live, for a few days’
time, fashion, music and art. I
