program
Fidelys is the Tunisair loyalty program. It was
launched in 1995 and entirely redesigned on
July 25th 2007. Its purpose is to better meet
its members’ expectations and enhance their
travel experience.
With Fidelys, frequent travellers are rewarded
with Miles which enables them to benefit from
a wide range of advantages and exclusive
premiums (Award Tickets, Excess baggage
MCO, Upgrade MCO...)

Tunisair insisted that loyalty awards should
not be the privilege of only one class of
passengers. Therefore, the Fidelys program
benefits to all the Company’s customers :
business men, officials, passengers on
business trips, tourists, families, students and
more broadly young people. At the end of June
2013, its counts over 100.000 subscribers.
For this purpose, the member must travel at
least once every three years, unlike most other
companies’ programs.

Collect and earn Miles, how
does it work ?
The member collects Miles every time he
chooses a regular flight or a codeshare flight
with Tunisair airline at an approved rate. For
this purpose, he must show his Fidelys card
when booking and/or checking in.
He also has the opportunity to collect Miles by
using the services of the non-airline partners
of Fidelys : “Sixt“ the car rental company,
“Select Travel & Tours“, GTA (Gulliver Travel
Associates) representative, hotel and tourism
booking platform.
