Les musées du Capitole à Rome hébergent, à l’occasion du 450ème anniversaire
de la mort de Michel-Ange, une exposition
qui rend hommage à l’ensemble de la carrière de l’artiste universel.
Plusieurs thématiques, mettent en évidence la complexité du personnage mais
aussi de l’invention et de la conception de
ses travaux. Une grande diversité d’objets
illustrant le génie de Michel-Ange, tels
que les dessins, tableaux, sculptures, maquettes d’architecture et textes littéraires
et autobiographiques, est dévoilée au public. I 1564-2014 Michelangelo, 450th

May 27th to September 14th 2014. The Capitol’s museums in Rome host, on the occasion
of the 450th anniversary of Michelangelo’s
death, an exhibition created to honour the
work of the artist.

the character, his designs and inventions.
A wide variety of objects illustrating the
genius of Michelangelo, such as drawings,
paintings, sculptures, architectural models
as well as litterary and autobiographical
texts is revealed to the public. I
