Born in Le Bardo in 1976, Amine Landoulsi
is a Tunisian photographer who feeds
his passion with everyday life. Graduated
from IHEC – Carthage, with a master in
hotel management, his first calling turns
out to be photography. In 2009 and after
a brief career in the hotel industry, he
finally decides to become a photographer.
Behind his lens, he calls himslelf a selftaught person, a man who simply lives and
sees. His pictures are mainly the result of
a synergy between the experience and
a remarkable artistic sensitivity. The
moment when he met the famous Jacques
Perez marks a turning point in his career
; the latter sees a real talent in him and
takes him under his wing. He guides him
through the humanist tradition, thinking
highly of both his enthousiasm and his
serious commitment to photography. In
2011, he channels his know-how to help
the Tunisian revolution. He was a witness
of the riots that moved the capital ; the
international press continues to buy his
pictures until this day. Co-founder and
general coordinator of Tunis Photo Club
during the year 2010/2011, Amine is now
photographer and reporter on behalf of
« Anadolu Agency » as well as for the «
Associated Press ». His works have been
displayed in several collective exhibitions
in Tunisia but also in France, in the United
States, in Slovenia and in Brazil.
