Le festival des cinémas arabes, une édition pleine de
promesses à l’IMA
Du 28 Juin au 08 Juillet 2018
Douze ans plus tard, voici que le
festival des cinémas arabes est
remis au goût du jour à l’Institut
du Monde Arabe. Pour le plus
grand bonheur des cinéphiles,
une édition pleine de promesses
ouvrira donc ses portes, du 28
Juin au 08 Juillet 2018, à Paris.
Algériens, Marocains, Tunisiens,
Syriens, Irakiens, Libanais,
Palestiniens et Saoudiens seront
à l’honneur afin d’exprimer à
travers la caméra leur monde
arabe. La Tunisie sera largement
représentée avec 5 courts-
métrages et deux longs-métrages,
tous réalisés par des femmes. En
effet, pour n’en citer que quelques-
unes, il y aura : Sarra Abidi avec
son court-métrage « Benzine »,
Khedija Lemkecher réalisatrice
de « Bolbol », Nada Mezni qui
participera avec un long-métrage
intitulé: « Au delà de l’ombre »,
ainsi que Amel Guellaty avec son
court métrage «Black mamba». I

Arab Film Festival, a
promising edition at the
IMA
28 June – 8 July 2018
Twelve years later, the Arab film festival is back at the Arab World Institute. To
the delight of movie fans, a promising edition will be held in Paris from June 28
to July 8 of this year. Algerians, Moroccans, Tunisians, Syrians, Iraqis, Lebanese,
Palestinians and Saudis will be honoured to see and think their Arab world through
the camera. Tunisia will be widely represented with five short and two feature films,
all women-made. To name but a few: Sarra Abidi with her short film «Benzine»,
Khedija Lemkecher director of «Bolbol», Nada Mezni with a feature film entitled «Au
delà de l’ombre «, as well as Amel Guellaty with her short film “Black mamba”. I
