Pendant quatre nuits, du
6 au 9 septembre 2018,
l’événement artistique
INTERFÉRENCE s’emparera
de la médina de Tunis,
pour une exposition
à grande échelle. Au
cours de cette deuxième
édition, des artistes du
monde entier prendront
possession du site, pour
créer une interaction
entre art contemporain
et patrimoine culturel.
F
orte du succès de la
première édition qui s’était
déroulée
en
septembre
2016, INTERFÉRENCE investira
une nouvelle fois la médina de
Tunis pour une deuxième session
particulièrement engagée. Nouvelle
expérience basée sur l’interaction
entre la lumière (mais aussi son
absence), l’art contemporain et le
patrimoine architectural, le projet
INTERFÉRENCE a pour vocation
de
démocratiser
l’expression
artistique et d’aborder des questions
cruciales qui se rapportent à la
société et à la culture.

Tunis will be for four nights home

INTERFERENCE. During this second
edition, artists from around the world
will occupy the Medina to create an
interaction between contemporary art
and cultural heritage.

Public spaces, private apartments, prestigious buildings and abandoned sites will house the facilities of
thirty Tunisian and foreign artists, inviting visitors to discover the architectural beauty of the Medina by
night - a UNESCO World Heritage site – through uncommon works. Sonia Kallel, Cecilia Ackermann,
