Enactus World Cup 2017
Enactus Tunisie a participé à la Enactus World
Cup qui s’est déroulée cette année à Londres
du 26 au 28 septembre 2017, représentée par
l’équipe Enactus IHEC Carthage.
La Enactus World Cup est une grande
compétition d’entrepreneuriat social qui
réunit chaque année plus de 3500 étudiants,
chefs d’entreprises et universitaires de partout
dans le monde pour mettre en valeur l’action
entrepreneuriale et l’innovation.
L›équipe Enactus IHEC Carthage a présenté ses
deux projets Rooya et Ciconia, grâce auxquels
elle était la seule équipe arabe à s’être qualifiée
aux demies finale de cette EWC devançant
ainsi l›Afrique du Sud et le Brésil.
Roya et Ciconia ont respectivement pour
objectifs de fournir aux enfants issus des régions
défavorisées des lunettes 100% tunisiennes
incassables et recyclables, et d’installer des
stations d’épuration d’eau pluviale et la rendre
potable et accessible pour les habitants des
régions.

Sukhdev College of Business – India a
remporté cette année la compétition
grâce
à son projet
Raahat
qui consiste en la
gestion et développement de complexes
sanitaires
communautaires.
Le
Canada
est arrivé vice champion avec le
Project
Sucseed un système pour produire des légumes
et fruits frais à moindre coûts.
Deux challenges thématiques ont par ailleurs
été organisés durant la world Cup : The water
race impact Competition ayant pour objectif
de développer des projets pour répondre aux
besoins liés à l’eau et le challenge 1Race 2end
Waste qui a pour but de proposer des solutions
aux problématiques liées à la faim. Le premier
challenge a été remporté par le projet initié par
Enactus Inde, Rahaat. Le deuxième à quant à
lui été obtenu par l›équipe du Canada à travers
le projet Sucseed.
Rappelons qu’ Enactus Tunisie a atteint une
première fois la demie finale à la World Cup de
2015 qui s’est tenue à Johannesburg en Afrique
du Sud. I

Enactus World Cup 2017
Every Year, Enactus world cup brings together more
than 3500 students, business leaders and academics
from around the globe to showcase entrepreneurial
action and innovation. This year, the event took place
from 26th to 28th September in London, United
Kingdom.
Enactus Tunisia was represented during this edition
by the team of Enactus IHEC Carthage with its two
projects Rooya and ciconia, thanks to which, they
were the only Arabic team reaching the semi final
round, ahead of South Africa and Brazil.
The projects presented by the team, Rooya and
Ciconia respectively aim to provide 100% tunisian
recycable and unbreakable eyeglasses to children in
rural areas and to install rainwater filtration systems
to garantee potable and drinkable water for people
in rural areas.
Enactus India represented by Shaheed Sukhdev
College of Business – India has won the competition
with project rahaat which is significantly reducing
sanitation issues in slum communities of urban Delhi.
Enactus Canada was named vice champion with
project Sucseed a low-cost, environmentally friendly
and efficient hydroponic growing system to produce
high-quality, affordable fruits and vegetables year-
round
Two thematic challenges were organized during the
World Cup : The water race impact competition
that mobilizes Enactus teams and their projects
that tackle the water and sanitation crisis, and the
1race 2end waste challenge which aims to propose
solutions through projects that tackle the food waste/
loss crisis.
The first challenge was won by the team of Enactus
India with project rahaat. The team from Canada has
won the second challenge through project Sucseed.
We recall that Tunisia has reached the semi-finals
for the first time at the 2015 Enactus World Cup in
Johannesburg, South Africa. I
