The physical regular activity, it forms a part importantly of the development of the persons, influencing not only his corporal or physical well-being but also his cognitive and integral formation. Likewise, it is necessary to highlight the implementation of the physical activity in other areas as that of the physical therapist. The principal objective of this investigation is to demonstrate the level of importance that exercises the physical activity in the life of each one of the students and of the possible effects that this one would have in a future as professionals physical therapists, for which a survey was realized where there took part 28 of the students of the first level in physical therapy, forming in her principally his opinions it brings over of the importance of to be in constant physical activity and how this will influence not only the well-being of his health but also the future of his career. The results showed that 85 % of the polled ones demonstrated a taste for the physical activity, opposite to 14,8 % of students that they demonstrated not to be to taste with it. It was demonstrated the fact that the students implement part of his free time to the accomplishment of different physical activities being conscious that these allow the development of different capacities of the human being.

La National Institutes of health( NIH), determina como actividad física a todo movimiento del cuerpo humano que haga trabajar los músculos y que requiere más energía que al estar en reposo como caminar, correr, bailar, nadar, practicar yoga, trabajar, entre otros. Es importante tener en cuenta la diferencia entre actividad física y ejercicio, ya que el ejercicio es un tipo de actividad física previamente planificada y estructurada por la persona con un objetivo específico, este requiere de un tiempo y espacio, entre los que se puede encontrar el levantamiento pesas, tomar
