8 - 2019 Loggers Baseball - 8 Important Information about Copeland Park GATES OPEN - Unless otherwise specifi ed, the gates to Copeland Park will open one hour prior to the scheduled gametime. FOOD AND BEVERAGE - Northwoods League rules prohibit the carrying in of any food or beverage into the stadium by fans. If you attempt to carry in food or beverages you will be asked to dispense of the items before entering the ballpark. The Loggers appreciate your cooperation in the enforcement of this policy. CONCESSION & BEER STANDS-BEER SALES - In order to purchase beer at Copeland Park, persons must be 21 years of age or older and have a picture I.D. with proof of age. It is illegal for anyone to purchase beer for minors and anyone found in violation will be asked to leave the ballpark. The Logger staff reserves the right to refuse the sale of alcoholic beverages and may evict any person deemed intoxicated from the stadium. HOWIE’S HOMETOWN HANGOUT - Located down the right fi eld line, the multilevel party deck has a capacity of 300+ people. The Howie’s Hometown Hangout is open to all Loggers fans to enjoy the experience of a ball game like they never have before! Fans enjoy ballpark delicacies such as hot dogs, chicken wings, bratwursts, hamburgers, potato chips, baked beans, along with beverages (pop & beer) on all-you-can-eat basis one hour before fi rst pitch until the end of the 8th inning. The Howie’s Hometown Hangout is SMOKE FREE. THE MILLER LITE MEZZANINE - The Miller Lite Mezzanine offers a tantalizing view of the game from the top deck above the concession building of the party deck. Groups of 100 or more can reserve the Mezzanine exclusively or it is also available to walk up fans on a nightly basis. The Miller Lite Mezzanine is SMOKE FREE. PIZZA HUT FAN DECK - Located just beyond the right fi eld wall down the foul line at Copeland Park, the Pizza Hut Fan Deck follows the same concept as the Miller Lite Mezzanine but is available on a group outing basis only. The Pizza Hut Fan Deck is SMOKE FREE. BUDWEISER’S KING’S CABIN - Located in right center fi eld, The King’s Cabin is used to house small group outings. Fans enjoy a catered meal and beverages from Pepsi of La Crosse and Budweiser. The King’s Cabin is reserved for groups of up to 40 individuals. DAVID REAY’S GRAND SLAM SUITE - Located in right center fi eld, to the left of The King’s Cabin. David Reay’s Grand Slam Suite is used to house small group outings. Fans enjoy a unique catered meal from David Reay’s Modern Diner & Tavern and beverages from Pepsi of La Crosse and Budweiser. The suite is reserved for groups of 40 or more individuals. INTERSTATE ROOFING HR HAVEN - Located just beyond the right fi eld fence, the HR Haven caters to groups of 40-50 fans and provides a meal from Blue Moon Restaurant with all-you-can drink Budweiser and Pepsi products. The Interstate Roofi ng “HR HAVEN” is SMOKE FREE. FESTIVAL FOODS FOOD COURT/HOWIE’S HOME RUN HANGOUT - A wide selection of ballpark concessions, Pepsi products and assorted beer and wine are available nightly under the main concession pavilion that houses both the Festival Foods Food Court and Howie’s Home Run Hangout! KADDY’S KAFE KORNER - Located in the left fi eld corner just beyond the Loggers’ bullpen, The Kaddy’s Kafe Korner houses small groups of up to 30 individuals. Fans can enjoy ballpark delicacies as well as assorted alcoholic and Pepsi products. The Kaddy’s Kafe Korner is also the host of Loggers “K’s”! P&P PRODUCTS PRO SHOP - Loggers merchandise and apparel are available in the Pro Shop located near the main entrance. The P&P Products Pro Shop offers a wide variety of La Crosse Loggers goodies for all ages! GERHARD’S 1ST SUPPLY RESTROOMS - Permanent restrooms are located near the entrance behind the fi rst base grandstand as well as on the Howie’s Hometown Hangout. Infant changing tables are available in the main restrooms near the entrance. There are also portable restrooms located down the left fi eld line. THE VERVE CUSTOMER SERVICE BOOTH - The Verve Customer Service Booth is located by the main entrance behind the grandstand. Fans redeem prizes and enter drawings for on-fi eld participation at the orange booth. Participants for the on- fi eld promotions also report to the Verve Customer Service Booth to meet the on-fi eld staff before the respective inning break. If you have any questions or concerns, see the Loggers staff at the Verve Customer Service Booth and they will be able to help you! FIRST AID - First Aid kits are available in various locations at the ballpark (main concessions, customer service booth, ticket offi ce). Physical Trainers are also on staff during the ballgame. Please report any emergencies immediately to the Loggers staff and someone will assist. LOST AND FOUND - All found items should be turned in to any Loggers staffer or taken to the Verve Customer Service Booth. To claim an item, visit the customer service booth or contact the Loggers offi ce. FAN CONDUCT- The throwing of any objects in the stands or onto the playing fi eld is strictly prohibited. Any fan who attempts to run onto the playing fi eld will be ejected and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Fans who appear intoxicated, or use foul or abusive language will be ejected. When cheering for the Loggers please use proper language. Copeland Park is a NO SMOKING area. Those wishing to smoke may do so by exiting the perimeter gates. FOUL BALL/THROWN BAT WARNING - On occasion, fl ying objects will leave the playing fi eld area and enter the stands. These objects are capable of causing injury. The Loggers management asks that you keep your eyes on the fi eld at all times. The La Crosse Loggers, the Northwoods League and the City of La Crosse are not responsible for injuries casued by fl ying objects leaving the fi eld of play. WINDOW WORLD TICKET WINDOWS - Fans can purchase tickets and/or pick up their tickets at will call before, during and after each Loggers home game at any of the Window World Ticket Windows located at the main entrance.
