There are, of course, many other attractions to visit and aspects of Italy’s culture to learn about, however I hope this guide will have helped you to see the vast range of what is on offer!

Two-week tour of Italy!

Milan (3 days): Start in Milan in northern Italy. A must-see attraction here has to be the second-largest cathedral in the world: the Duomo di Milano. But this is not all Milan has to offer. As one of the world’s most important fashion capitals, Milan is the perfect place for any fashionista, so why not head to the Quadrilatero d'Oro shopping centre to search for your favourite styles

Venice (3 days): Continue to Venice, in north-eastern Italy. The main attraction of the city is of course how it is built around the Grand Canal, so you will no doubt see a different way of life here. Why not take a relaxing ride on a gondola to explore the city’s most exciting sites such as the breath-taking Ponte di Rialto!

Florence (2 days): The next stop is Florence, a city steeped in Renaissance art and culture. The Galleria degli Uffizi is a must-see attraction. It is one of the most visited museums in Italy and contains priceless works from the Italian Renaissance. The Galleria dell’Accademia is also one of Florence’s finest attractions and it is here that you can see the infamous Michelangelo’s David. If art isn’t really your thing, why not simply take the time to wander around the city exploring its fabulous architecture, including the city’s Duomo and the Ponte Vecchio.
