Welcome to the Cucina section, the place for culinary inspiration and temptation. This month we have two wonderful articles focusing on one of Italy’s culinary capitals: Rome. With Tessa’s guide to the city’s best gelaterie and Briony’s market-inspired celebratory recipe, you will soon be diving straight onto Google to find the next flight out… or at least hitting the kitchen to recreate it for yourself. For those of us resigned to our desks, I have also put in a super speedy courgette carbonara recipe, an evening staple for when 10 minutes is all you have to spare.
