These eccentric twists on business-chic looks highlight women as independent and resilient, which is how the brand Versace intends to portray women. Hence, the S/S 2020 runway perfectly encapsulated the brand’s intentions in the fashion world, highlighting the runway as a perfect portrayal of the brand and its aims.

The brand, Versace, founded by the late Gianni Versace has transformed the fashion world since its founding in 1978. The logo of Medusa’s head is said to embody the brand’s aim to empower women and encourage them to be strong and daring through life, and through their fashion choices too. This is most definitely highlighted in Milan Fashion Week 2019, as the Versace runway was able to commit to its daring prints, whilst delivering a chic and sophisticated style, all modelled by strong, empowering women.
